The short version. Browsing the atlas needs no account. Outfits you mark as owned stay on your device unless you turn on sync. We never ask for your Epic Games login, we don't sell personal data and we don't run ad trackers.
Who is responsible
Skinatlas Labs LLC, 145 Washington Blvd, Chicago, IL 60605, United States, operates skinatlas.app and the Skinatlas apps for Windows, macOS and iPad (the "Service"). Questions about this notice go to privacy@skinatlas.app or +1 (630) 473-2886.

| Email address and message | You email us or join a waitlist | To reply and send download links | 24 months after last contact |
| Account email and password hash | You create a Cartographer account | To sign you in and sync your collection | Until you delete the account, then 60 days |
| Owned-outfit list | You turn on sync | To show the same collection on all your devices | Until you turn off sync or delete the account |
| Billing record (plan, date, last four card digits) | You subscribe | Payments, receipts, refunds and tax | 7 years |

What we never do
- Ask for or store your Epic Games username, password or two-factor codes.
- Sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
- Use third-party advertising cookies, fingerprinting or social media pixels.
- Build profiles of children.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors who process data on our behalf and only as we instruct: cloud hosting in the United States, a payment processor, a transactional email service and an app distribution platform (including Apple TestFlight for iPad builds). We may disclose information when the law requires it, to protect users from fraud or harm, or to a successor if Skinatlas is acquired, in which case this notice keeps applying to your data.
Young players
Many Fortnite players are under 18. The free atlas collects no personal information, and that is deliberate. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them; a parent or guardian must create any Cartographer account for a younger teen. If you think a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact privacy@skinatlas.app and we'll delete it promptly.
Your choices and rights
You can export or delete your synced collection from the app at any time. Any user in the United States may also ask us to confirm what personal information we hold, correct it, delete it or provide a copy, and we answer within 45 days.
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have these rights by law, along with the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither) and, where provided, to appeal our response. Illinois residents: we do not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information. We won't treat you differently for exercising any right.
To make a request, email privacy@skinatlas.app from the address linked to your account, or write to the postal address above. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.
Security
Connections to the Service use TLS. Synced data is encrypted at rest, and staff access is limited and logged. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Updates to this notice
We'll post any change here and update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you've already given us, we'll email account holders before it takes effect.
