1. Who these terms are with
Skinatlas is provided by Skinatlas Labs LLC, an Illinois limited liability company at 145 Washington Blvd, Chicago, IL 60605 ("we", "us"). By visiting skinatlas.app or using the Skinatlas apps (the "Service"), you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice. If you are under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian.
2. What the Service is
Skinatlas is an unofficial reference that organizes Fortnite outfits by chapter, season and set and lets you keep a personal list of outfits you own. It is not a store: we don't sell V-Bucks, Fortnite items or accounts, and the Service can't add, remove or change anything in your Fortnite account.
3. Accuracy of the atlas
We build the atlas from public Fortnite game data and update it after game patches. Names, seasons, sets and descriptions can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and Epic Games may change them at any time. Use the atlas for reference and enjoyment, not as a guarantee of what is or will be sold. If you spot a mistake, tell us at team@skinatlas.app.
4. Your account
You only need an account for Cartographer features. Give us a working email address, keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. Don't reuse your Epic Games password. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
5. Cartographer subscriptions
- Price. $1.99 per month or $14.99 per year, in US dollars, plus any sales tax that applies in your state.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews at the end of each period at the price then in effect until you cancel. We'll remind annual subscribers by email before renewal and give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time in the app's account settings, on the web, or through the App Store if you subscribed on iPad. You keep Cartographer features until the end of the period already paid.
- Refunds. First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment by emailing billing@skinatlas.app. App Store purchases are refunded through Apple under its policies. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires.
- Free plan changes. If we change what the free Explorer plan includes, your data stays yours and you can export it.
6. Rules of the road
When using Skinatlas, please don't:
- copy the atlas in bulk, scrape it or use it to build a competing database;
- try to get around security, rate limits or plan restrictions, or disrupt the Service for others;
- use the Service to advertise, buy, sell or trade Fortnite accounts or items;
- misrepresent Skinatlas as an official Epic Games product.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety reasons prevent it.
7. Trademarks and content
Fortnite, the Fortnite logo and all outfit names, descriptions and images are trademarks or copyrights of Epic Games, Inc. They appear on Skinatlas only to identify items. Skinatlas is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Epic Games. Everything else, including our software, maps, charts, text and the Skinatlas name, belongs to Skinatlas Labs LLC. You may share screenshots of the atlas for personal, non-commercial use.
8. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
9. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Skinatlas Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $25 if you paid nothing. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Please contact us first at legal@skinatlas.app; most issues can be solved by email. If not, claims may be brought in small claims court or in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you and we consent to that venue.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll notify account holders by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
